Account & Billing
  • Creating & Managing Accounts:  Setting up your advertiser account is quick. Just provide your email, business info, and billing details to get started. You can edit your profile, reset passwords, and manage team access anytime from your dashboard.
  • Payment Methods & Invoices: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Monthly invoices can be downloaded from the “Billing” section. Set up auto-pay to avoid interruptions.

How to Launch a Campaign?

From the dashboard, click on “Create Campaign.” Choose your objective (Traffic, Leads, Views), set your targeting, budget, ad creative, and launch! You can pause or edit anytime.

Bid Strategies Explained

  • Fixed CPM: Set a fixed cost for every 1,000 impressions.
  • Auto-Bid: Let the system optimize bids for the best result.
  • Goal-based (CPA/ROAS): Focus on conversions or return on ad spend.

Setting Up Conversion Tracking

Use our tracking code or integrate with Google Tag Manager to monitor sign-ups, purchases, or any other goals. This helps optimize your campaign performance better.

Ad Specs & Design Tips

Make sure your ad size, format, and file size follow platform guidelines. Always use high-resolution images, clear branding, and strong call-to-action (CTA) text.

Common formats include:

  • 300×250, 728×90 (Display)
  • 1200×628 (Native)

Disapproval Reasons & Fixes

Ads Not Showing

Double-check:

    • Campaign status (Active or Paused)
    • Daily budget not exhausted

Try updating creatives, refining your audience, or testing different call-to-actions. Use A/B testing to see what works best.

Budget Not Spending

This may happen if:

    • Your bid is too low
